The Texas A&M Institute for Applied Creativity has announced a new partnership with Advent GX. Together they are presenting ?Sculptures in Augmented Reality?, a SEAD Academy class which will be taking place this summer for teenagers entering grades 10 through 12. {{more}}

The class features real and virtual sculpting using photography, sculpting by hand, and digital technology to bring creations to life in the real world, the virtual world, and the cloud. The event will culminate with a virtual exhibit on Downtown Bryan?s First Friday, August 7 (session 1) and September 4 (session 2).
 
SEAD Academy summer course for high school kids
 

Session 1: July 27 – 31 , 1-5 pm

Session 2: August 10-14, 1-5 pm

The SEAD summer camp series at the Innovation Underground in Downtown Bryan has hosted over 300 kids participating in programs covering all aspects of Science, Engineering, Art and Design.
