Sports Summer Camps offered by KHS

The Kennedale High School Athletic Department will be offering several sports related camp this summer. Camps are designed to teach fundamentals, develop skills, promote sportsmanship, encourage an appreciation of the game. {{more}}

 

June 8? 11, 2015 for Girls (Incoming 4th- 9th Grade) and Boys (Incoming 4th? 6th Grade).

The camp will offer two levels of instruction one for Beginner/Intermediate for Grades 4? 7 and Advanced for Grades 8 and 9. Each camper will receive a camp t-shirt (no guarantees on late registrations), special awards will be given each day and there will be a competition demonstration the last day.

The deadline to register has passed, but are openings for

next week?s camp.

WILDCAT SCHOOL of BASEBALL for boys and girls

June 8th – June 10th, Monday ?

Wednesday, a three day camp at Jet Teague Ball Park Kennedale High School

• Session I – AGES 5 TO 10 9:00 am ? 10:00 am Kindergarten – Fifth Grade (Current

  grade)

• Session II – AGES 11 TO 14 10:30 pm ? 12:00 pm Sixth – Eighth Grade (Current

  Grade)

$30.00 per Camper ($10.00 per day for any day camper) Opening still available.

Concession Stand will be open

during break and after each session. Drinks/snacks will be available!

June 15-19 & June 22-26 at Kennedale High School

Cost

is $50.00 (due by Friday June 12) Late Registration: $65.00.

Camp Sessions and

Times:

• Session 1: June 15-19 for incoming

  3rd-6th Graders, Time: 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM

• Session 2: June 22-26 for incoming

  7th-9th Graders Time: 1:00 PM?4:00 PM

All campers receive a camp t-shirt

and a basketball.

WILDCAT STRENGTH AND

CONDITIONING CAMP

Weeks of June 15,

June 22, June 29, July 6, July 13, and July 20 – Monday through Thursday.

Camp held at Kennedale HS Field House.

• 7:00 ? 9:00 a.m. for incoming

  9th to 12th Grade

• 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. for incoming 6th, 7th, & 8th Grade.

Cost is $25 per week. It is open to both

male and female students.

CAMP Kennedale High School

June 29^th through July 2^nd

• Incoming 2nd-6th graders 8:30am to 11:00am
• Incoming 7th-9th Grade 12:00pm

  to 3:00pm

Cost is $60 before June 15^th

and $70 after June 15th

CHEER CAMP at KISD Cheer Gym

July 25 Saturday from 9am until Noon for current Grades K-5

• Participants

  may be dropped off between 8:30 am and 9:00 am

• Drop-off completed registration form at the Kennedale High

  School Front Office from May 11th ? July 6th.

If you pre-register by July 6th

you will receive a camp T-Shirt for a total cost of $20.

• Note: the KHS front office hours are M-Th, 7:30-3 p.m. once school is out.

• Registration is available the day of the Camp

  but t-shirts will not be available. Cost $20.

All participants will be invited

to cheer a quarter at a Varsity Home Football Game!
