It has been almost a year since Trey Williams, 20, died in an auto accident. He was a 2013 graduate of Kennedale High School. According to his mom, Trey had two dreams. One was to go to college and come back to teach and coach at his former high school. The other was to attend a Notre Dame game. {{more}}
 
This past week, the Williams family got to live out one of his dreams by attending the Notre Dame- Wake Forest game in South Bend, Indiana.
 
His mom and dad, Joe and Michelle Williams along with sister Alyssa were guest of the parents of Fighting Irish basketball player, Matt Farrell. Along with sharing their home, the Farrell?s, took the Williams to a Fighting Irish basketball game. The next day the Williams attended the football game.
 
According Michelle, Trey must have watched the movie ?Rudy? more than 100 times. The movie was about a walk-on that wanted to play for Notre Dame so bad that he was willing to be a practice dummy until he got his chance in his senior year. It was Trey’s dream to set foot in Notre Dame Stadium. After Trey’s death in a car accident in December of last year, Michele found the movie still in his DVD player.
