Earlier at the 2019 Big Green Relays which was held on Friday, March 8 at Stuart B. Lumkins Stadium in Waxahachie, the Lady Kat track team finished in 6th place out of a 12 team meet. {{more: continue …}}?
Kennedale was the only 4A team at the relays running against 5A and 6A schools. Skylar Lewis from Kennedale was the second best athlete at the meet helped by her two gold medal finishes in both the 100 and 200 yard dash. She also helped the Lady Kat 4×200 to a 2nd place finish.
