Wildcat Basketball rolls past Community

After the big win against Argyle last week, the Cats extended their current win streak to 3 games with plans to make it 4 tonight against Fort Worth Diamond Hill-Jarvis in a district match-up. The game will be play at Kennedale High School with the varsity game scheduled for 8 p.m.
 
On Tuesday playing at home, the Wildcats held the lead at 3 at the end of the 1st quarter of play 14-11 and then padded it through the rest of the game. At half the score was 28-22 with a fairly even spread of points among the Cats.
 
In the 3rd, Brandon Conwright (Sr) popped in 10 followed by 8 from Darius Hammonds (Sr) and 5 from Colton Otts (Sr) as the Wildcats outscored Community 28-15 to take a 56-37 lead into the final 8 minutes and the win, 79-50.
 
For the Wildcats, Conwright lead all scorers with 22 points followed by Hammonds with 15, Unikye Washington (So) 10, Otts 9, Quardraiz Wadley (Sr) 7, Stephone Jackson (Jr) 4, Alex Groff (Jr) 3, Devon Stapleton (So) 3 and Mike Aldridge (Sr) 1.
