City Mayor Pro Tem Sandra Lee beats incumbent Clint Burgess for Constable of Precinct 7

City Councilwoman and Mayor Pro Tem Sandra Lee beats out incumbant Constable Clint Burgess. Sandra Lee wins with 72,200 votes to 63,727, according to Tarrant County Election Results. Mrs Lee won the early voting with over 62,803 votes to 54,549 but did not win the day with Mr. Burgess winning 65,528 to 6,279. But, that wasn’t enough to secure his win with an overwhelming and record breaking turnout for early voting. Kennedale News reached out to Sandra for comment. She thanks her supporters and said: “People over Politics.”

With Sandra winning her election, she will vacate her final year. It will be up to the new council to appoint their new member.
