Betty Jo Holden, 86, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, Aug. 27, 2017. She now resides with our Lord and Savior. {{more: continue …}}
Funeral was August 30 at Mount Olivet, burial at Emerald Hills Cemetery. Pallbearers were her great-grandsons.
Betty Holden was born July 12, 1931, to Joseph and Nora Mae Kennemer of Grapevine. She married R.W. Holden on March 29, 1947, and worked as a florist in Kennedale. She was a devoted wife and loving mother and grandmother.
Betty was preceded in death by her four brothers and sisters; her husband of 66 years, R.W.
Holden; and her two daughters, Trudy Mae Coladipietro and Judy Kay Callaham.
Survivors: Son-in-Law, Benny Callaham; six grandchildren, Pam Burks, Tammie Ohendalski, Robert Case, Roger Case, Kelly Ripatoe and Jason Callaham; 13 great-grandchildren, Daniel Burks, Patrick Burks, Hunter Pyle, Kayla Stark, Mason Ohendalski, Amanda Lee, Wesley Case, Melody Case, Steven Case, Ashlyn Case, Haley Callaham, Eric McCurdy and Kevin McCurdy; and one great-Great-grandchild, Tanner Lee.
