4/20 ? Fraudulent Use/Possession of Identifying Info?N. Little School Road -?At 11:46 p.m. an officer stopped to investigate an unoccupied vehicle outside of a business. The vehicle was parked in front of the business with the motor running. The female vehicle operator was located and verbally identified herself to the officer using a false name and date of birth. An ID card from Louisiana was located in the vehicle with the female?s photo and a different name and date of birth. The officer was able to determine that the ID card was fictitious and obtained her true identity. The female was wanted for Theft of a Firearm out of Ellis County. She admitted to purchasing the false ID card locally. The female was arrested and transported to jail for booking.

4/20 ? Burglary of Vehicle?S. New Hope Road -?At 8:56 a.m. an officer received a report of theft. Unknown person(s) removed six trailer tires from a vehicle on a construction site.

4/20 ? Theft $2,500 to $30,000?E. Kennedale Parkway -?At 3:49 p.m. a victim reported that his 2004 Dodge Ram truck was taken from a shop. The vehicle was at the shop for repairs.

4/20 ? Burglary of Vehicle?S. Eden Road -?At 8:36 p.m. a victim reported that unknown person(s) broke into his truck and removed the in-dash stereo unit.

4/19 ? Application for Mental Detention and Observation?-?At 1:06 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance involving a suicidal person. On arrival a male was located outside of a residence and taken into custody. It was determined that the male had been in an altercation with his parents and had threatened to harm himself at one point. The male was transported to JPS Hospital for an emergency mental detention and evaluation.?

4/21 ? Injury to a Child/Elderly/Disabled (Reckless Bodily Injury)?North Road -?At 1:08 p.m. an officer received a report from a child?s mother of suspected injury to the child. A suspect was named by the mother. The case is under investigation by the police department as well as CPS.

4/23 ? Exploitation of Child/Elderly/Disabled?S. New Hope Road -?At 8:30 p.m. Kennedale police were notified of an elderly female who was victimized by a scam. An unknown suspect contacted the victim stating that a warrant was issued for her arrest. The suspect then had the victim get gifts cards to pay the ?fees.? The female has also had issues of identity theft as well. The case is still under investigation.

4/22 ? Burglary?Bolen Road -?At 11:17 a.m. an officer received three burglary reports from a storage facility. Unknown suspect(s) illegally entered the three units forcibly to remove the property.

4/22 ? Incident (Other)?W. Kennedale Parkway -?At 5:25 p.m. a female reported that she had been struck by a vehicle while she was working. The vehicle struck the victim on the hip but did not cause pain or injury.?
