Leonel Escalante, 75, passed away Sunday, May 8, 2016 at his residence.

Leonel was a loving husband, father, grandfather and brother. He was an avid outdoorsman enjoying his time both hunting and fishing as well as owning his own paint and body auto shop. He was a strong-willed family man, had a heart of gold and was willing to help anyone.
He was preceded in death by three children; Alex, Sylvia and Joe; grandchildren, Joe, Jr., Matthew and several siblings.
Survivors: wife of 50 plus years, Elida Escalante; daughter, Ellie House and husband, Russell; sons, Robert Escalante and wife, Tiffany, Oscar Escalante and wife, Jamie; brothers, Adrian Escalante, Samuel Escalante; sisters, Juanita Escalante, Fella Del Castillo, Eva Escalante; grandchildren, Justin, Lauren, Robert Leonel, Neil, Cynthia, Sara, Stephanie, Hailey, Ashley, Alek, Alexis, Sylida, Timothy, Anthony and several great-grandchildren.Tribute Wall
