? ? ?There should be no election for city council this year. ?With the filing deadline of Friday come and gone only the incumbents filed for open positions on the Kennedale City Council. This leaves the city with the opportunity to call off elections to save the cost of conducting an election in which no has an opponent.?? ? ?However, elections will be held for two places on the {{more}}KISD Board of Trustees and maybe for a third. Running in Place 4 is Elisha Woodson and incumbent Janet Adams. Running for Place 5 is Dr. Maria Douglas and Stewart Richardson. Place 7 has one official candidate, John Hunt, but filing for this place does not close until March 11th.?? ??
