Billy and Robin Kinder will be at Kennedale

High School this Friday at 1:00 p.m. to record a radio broadcast highlighting the KHS Outdoor Education Program. Teachers, students, administrators and a few parents will be interviewed. Billy Kinder Outdoors is broadcast on 83 stations in 27 states. {{more}}

Adventures in Outdoor Education is a new class this year at the high school taught by Daniel Wilcox. The class counts as a physical education (PE) class or as an elective. The class focuses on outdoor recreation activities including archery, fishing, GPS usage, camping fundamentals, as well as, outdoor games. Students learn about hunter and boating safety and will be able to qualify for Texas certification cards in those areas.

Big Billy Kinder Outdoors is an Outdoor Talk Radio Show produced by Kinder Productions, Inc. and hosted by Bill Kinder, 40 year radio veteran. The program hit the airwaves on December 12, 2009.
 
The show is billed as “a lifestyles approach to the outdoors, full of entertainment, education, celebrity guests, charity, FUN & MORE!” It airs on WBAP 820AM & 96.7FM in the Dallas/Fort Worth market, Saturdays 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.
