Theft and burglary top the holiday weekly police reports

The weeks of 12/16 through 12/28 included a number of reports of domestic violence and several cases of stolen items and burglary according to the Kennedale Police.

On Monday, December 16, a business along Bowman Springs reported several power lines were cut so that the copper wiring could be taken. {{more}}That same day, in an all too familiar happening, a report of stolen items from an unlocked car came from 1200 block of Kennedale Parkway. It happened when the driver parked her car to ?run inside? a business.

Several days later on Saturday, December 21 in the 100 block of Kennedale Parkway, a store manager confronted a shoplifting suspect in the store?s parking lot. The suspect refused to come back inside and drove away, leaving her purse, wallet and items taken.
