Significant Calls of the Week:

Tealpond Dr. – Officers responded to a 911 hang-up call. Dispatch advised that the noise in the background sounded as if a disturbance was in progress. Officers arrived on the scene and checked the area. No sign of a disturbance was found.

E Interstate Highway 20 – Officers were conducting a business check and observed suspicious activity in a parking lot. A citation was issued after officers conducted an investigation.

E Interstate Highway 20 – Officers responded to a possible theft report after the caller advised money was missing from a wallet. A report was taken and charges are pending.

Border Ln. – Officers took a report of a stolen firearm.

4th St. – Officers were dispatched to a criminal mischief report. The complainant advised of new damage to the door of the home. The complainant did not want to file an offense report.

W Kennedale Parkway – Officers were requested to issue a criminal trespass warning to an individual at the location by management.

Municipal Dr. – Officers took a report of harassment. The complainant advised that an unknown person was threatening to publish illegal visual materials.

E Interstate Highway 20 – Officers were dispatched to a disturbance. The complainant advised that two suspects were upset and threatened the caller with a knife. Officers made contact with suspects who were issued a criminal trespass warning and left the location without further incident.

Municipal Dr. – Officers dispatched to a report of debit/credit card fraud. A report was taken.

S Kenney St. – Officers responded to a missing person report. Officers checked areas the missing person was known to frequent. The complainant called back later and advised that the individual had returned home. Officers confirmed and cleared the scene.

Collett Sublett Rd. – Officers were dispatched to suspicious activity. Officers spoke with an individual on the scene who advised they had been given permission to take construction material. Officers spoke with the builder who advised that permission had not been given to the individual. The materials were returned and the subject was released at the scene.

W Kennedale Parkway – Officers responded to a fight in progress. Upon arrival, officers were unable to locate any subjects in the area. The caller had also left the scene.

Corry A Edwards Dr. / W Kennedale Parkway – Officers responded to a motor vehicle accident. One driver was injured and was transported to the hospital.

Mansfield Cardinal Rd. – Officers were dispatched to a minor accident. No injuries were reported.

W Kennedale Parkway – Officers responded to a fight in progress. Officers spoke with the individuals involved. No one wanted to press charges and refused medical attention.

Hudson Village Creek Rd. – Officers responded to a stolen vehicle report. The victim discovered the vehicle missing. According to the victim, no one was given permission to take the vehicle. A report was taken and a case was filed.

S New Hope Rd – Officers were dispatched to a fight. Officers spoke with parties involved in the incident and advised they did not want to pursue charges.

W Kennedale Parkway – Officers met with a complainant in reference to a theft report. The caller advised that a known suspect took the victim’s cash that had been retrieved from an automated teller machine. The victim provided a written statement and an offense report was taken.

Municipal Dr. – Officers responded to a report of a stolen bicycle. The caller advised that the bike was left outside the residence and was unsecured. Hours later, the victim noticed the bicycle was gone.

S Eden Rd. – Officers were dispatched to a report of a stolen vehicle motor. The caller advised that the motor was stolen from a parked vehicle by a known suspect. The complainant contacted the suspect and the motor was returned. The complainant requested criminal mischief charges for damages and loss caused by the incident.

E Kennedale Parkway – Dispatch received multiple reports of a noise disturbance. Officers arrived and witnessed the violation in progress. A citation was issued.

Peachtree Ct. – Officers responded to a possible domestic disturbance. Officers spoke with parties involved who advised it was a verbal altercation only. Officers cleared the scene without any further incident.
