ITEM – Beginning this month, Arlington Water Utilities will be the customer care and billing service provider for City of Kennedale customers. With the transition nearing completion, MuniBilling will no longer be processing your utility payments. What does that mean and when? Read more here.

ITEM – Three Kennedale Lady Kat Volleyball players – Bryley Stenihilber (Sr), Tatum Pavey (Sr) and Maddie Pyles (Jr) – have made the Fort Worth Star-Telegram All-Area teams. This is in addition to the state and regional awards already given to this state-final four team. Another Lady Kat, Gracyn Reed (Jr), along with the three all-area Lady Kats, made the list for the area stats leaders. ITEM – Kennedale ISD protest the City of Arlington proposed rezoning of the property along US287, directly behind Kroger, is from commercial to residential. The school district expressed concerns about overburden elementary school and transportation safety issues. Arlington will hold a second hearing next month. The proposed residential development will bring 135 townhouses on 9 acres. Read more
