Sonora Park playground and spray-grounds are set to satisfy Kennedale residents and families this summer.
Plans are merging from last year’s paperwork progression to a visible course of action that will result in a theme park of sorts for Kennedale.

Tuesday night was Chesapeake Energy’s second attempt to convince the Board of Adjustments to grant special exceptions and permits to drill two more wells on the Sublett Road site.
Currently there is one well and the company wants to drill up to eleven total.

Beginning in 2009, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, which owns 1800 to 2000 pieces of steel from the World Trade Centers, began to invite police and fire departments and mayors and other leaders of cities and towns throughout the country to ask for pieces of steel from the World Trade Center for memorials.

The report shows the campaign raised $142,412 between July 1 and December 31, 2009 and begins 2010 with $201,111 in the bank.
